Hello Dear Readers!
Finally we’re on to our feature posting for this week *claps hands and smiles widely*.
I’m pretty sure many of you have heard of The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. It took the world by storm when it was published in 2006 - half the stock probably sold by Oprah herself. This book tells of a secret. Life changing or not, you decide. Ready?
This secret can be used in all aspects of one’s life – relationships, happiness, health, money and just about every daily interaction. But to know the secret to all these, one has to understand and use the Laws of Attraction.
This law says like attract like, so when you think a thought you’re actually attracting like thoughts to you. Basically, the more you think about an unhappy thought like “Oh my, I’m never going to lose weight” then yeap, you’re never going to lose it.
Now with this knowledge, try holding on to the thoughts of what you want and let them become things. Try this consistently when you want something real bad. But girls and guys, before you start "wallpaper-ing" your room with posters of Orlando Bloom or Megan Fox, there’s work to be done...

Here’s the problem. Most people are thinking about what they don’t want, and they’re wondering why it shows up over and over again.
So peeps, if you are complaining, the law of attraction will bring more situations for you to complain about (That’s what Rhonda says anyways). Put this law into practice and you can then change every circumstance and event in your life, just by changing the way you think.
Did you know that your feelings tell you very quickly what you’re thinking? It’s simple. You celebrate good feelings such as excitement, joy, gratitude and love, and eventually you’ll draw more good feelings and things that make you feel good.
A simple shift in your emotions can change your entire day – and life. Imagine that! So, stop whining about a bad hair day, think about how lucky you are to be living another day- and because you actually have hair and the opportunity to make it look nice, and maximise it.
Three simple steps to using the Secret: Ask, Believe and Receive
Ever wondered why your mom who says, “I always get my parking spaces,” gets them? Or why a friend who says, “I am really lucky, I win things all the time,” wins one thing after another? Well, these people expect it. Go on, begin to expect things and as you do, you might just create your day in advance. Now, how cool is that?
A little something for those seeking for LOVE and awesome relationships :)
Treat yourself with love and respect, and you will attract people who will show you love and respect. * You've got the power! *
To make a relationship work, focus on what you appreciate about the other person and not your complaints. When you focus on the strengths, you will get more of them.
Here’s a video of Oprah on Larry King Live talking about why she’s a believer.

And that’s why those books are selling like hot cakes. If you want more information and can’t (or don’t want to) buy the book (or watch multiple videos of Oprah), then go to http://www.thesecret.tv/
I've always been interested in the law of attraction. Thanks for this post!
